1. Services
- Clean On Demand provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the request is unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable.
2. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
- Payments are required as per the terms outlined during booking. Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of services.
- Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide safe access to the property and ensure working utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are available.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty equipment, poor condition of property fixtures, or misuse beyond reasonable cleaning practices.
5. Liability
- While our cleaners take great care during service, Clean On Demand is not liable for
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear of property.
- Loss of valuables not securely stored by the customer.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, and service materials are the property of Clean On Demand and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our written consent.
7. Promotions and Offers
- From time to time, we may provide special offers or discounts. These are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
